Michelle Gurney - Senior Business Analyst
Michelle joined COMRAD in September 2011. She has experience as a business analyst in tertiary, private and public sectors in Australia and New Zealand. Roles in Australia have included: Health Insurance Commission; Department of Veterans Affair; and the Department of Health and Ageing. Her experience covers all aspects of business analysis including: process mapping and re-engineering; business, functional and technical requirements gathering; end-to-end system specification; test plans; upstream and UAT testing; user documentation; and user training.
