Our technical team is in excess of 16 staff members holding a diverse range of skills commensurate with the services we offer. We operate a 24-hour, 7-day a week computerized Help Desk facility providing support to all our New Zealand based customers and overseas distributors for Comrad. Hepldesk support is provided from both our Christchurch and Auckland offices. Through this means we are able address most issues remotely that arise for our customers , only needing a support team member to come on site when it is really necessary. This means resolutions to customer issues can be quickly achieved in the fastest way possible.
